  • An IntelBroker sells data and access to GE systems on darknet

The company is still not sure if it can trust the person who broke in.

The big American company General Electric (GE), which is known for its work in technology, green energy, and the aerospace industry, may be under cyberattack. A hacker site recently had an ad from an attacker named IntelBroker offering $500 to anyone who could get into GE software and new developments.

After the first attempt to sell failed, IntelBroker raised its offer by saying it had not only broken into the company network but also taken secret files out of it. There were scientific papers, strategic reports, and SQL files in the information that were being talked about. It was about DARPA's military projects.

It said exactly what it said: "I had General Electric for sale before, but no serious buyer showed interest or got in touch with me." These days, I sell data by itself, as well as access through SSH, SVN, and other ways.

Someone broke into GE and GE Aviation and shared pictures of data bits that he said were hacked.

The GE company says they are aware of the problem and are already looking into the possible leak. The company says it will do all it can to make sure its processes are safe.

IntelBroker is already known by people who work in cybersecurity. The breaking of the Weee delivery service is one of the most well-known things that was done by him. and how personal information about D.C. clients was shared. Health is linked.

You can get health insurance through D.C. Health Link if you work at the White House or the House and your family does too. The thief then said he had sold the group's database, which had details on tens of thousands of people. But until the investigation is over, it's not clear if we should believe him this time.
