    Studies have shown that MDMA consumption increases the risk of oxidative stress on cells in the brain, through the formation of hydroxyl radicals. The cells just die.

    It has also been shown that after each dose of MDMA administered, the body experienced suppression of behavioral and neurochemical responses to subsequent doses of MDMA.     The CONCLUSION suggests itself: Vitamin C slows down the development of tolerance. Protects brain cells from death. Reduces hepatotoxicity and hyperthermia from MDMA.
