4-Methylpregabalin is a substance developed by Pfizer, a structural analogue of pregabalin. Like pregabalin, 4-methylpregabalin is effective in treating atypical pain syndromes such as neuropathic pain.
Users compliment the substance:
“Great component: on its own, it acts as an analgesic, and also enhances the effects of hallucinogens, while eliminating anxiety from them. When you take it for the first time, you feel how incredibly powerful the substance is. As with all gabapentinoids, tolerance to it develops very quickly, like acid, for example. At an equivalent dose, the duration of action is the same as that of Lyrica. Causes the same entactogenic intoxication and complex visuals with closed eyes. It causes an almost manic syndrome in the form of an optimistic-joyful mood and a desire for activity. A quarter or a third of the dose size of pregabalin is sufficient. Dependence is formed very quickly - it makes sense to take no more than once a week.”
Mirogabalin (Tarlige) is a gabapentinoid developed by Daiichi Sankyo (gabapentin and pregabalin are in the same class of substances). It is much more potent than pregabalin. Causes euphoria and sedation.
“It’s kind of an introverted gabapentinoid - at least in a therapeutic dose. Pregabalin is a brawler and a drunkard, it's hard not to notice him. Gabapentin is a beautiful and radiant, very pleasant character. Mirogabalin is a guy who sits in the corner of the room, buried in his smartphone. He was invited to the party due to his exotic background. But as soon as you start a conversation with him, it turns out that you are very comfortable in his company.”
Brorphine is an opioid analgesic of the piperidine class. This substance was first presented in 2018 in a scientific paper on functional opioid components. Researchers have sought to find safe analgesics that are less depressant of respiratory function than typical opioids. Brorphine is structurally close to such substances as benzylfentanyl and bezitramide, but does not meet the formal features of a fentanyl analogue.
“Causes a very strong relaxation, sedation. The action is very long, not less than eight hours. Tolerance grows very fast. I started with 3mg, in a week the dose reached 18mg. The substance can be euphoric and stimulating, but these phases are replaced by a sedative state when you are just lying on the couch again. In the end, I really liked the substance. I have tried different opioids, and tilidine is my number one choice, brorphine is my second choice. Start with the smallest doses, the substance is really powerful.”
Considered by many users to be the best research drug in the benzimidazole subgroup of opioids. According to unverified information, the analgesic effect of the substance is 170 times greater than that of morphine and does not cause a strong withdrawal syndrome.
1V-LSD (1-valeryl-D-lysergic acid diethylamide) is a psychedelic substance, an artificial derivative of the natural lysergic acid present in ergot alkaloids, and an analogue of LSD. Users report that, compared to classic LSD, the substance produces more powerful visual effects and a more introspective state, and the onset of action comes later. 1V-LSD is not controlled in many countries. For example, in Germany it is absolutely legal and is sold in the world's first legal LSD derivative store, which opened in Berlin in March 2021.
“I was told that 150 micrograms of 1V-LSD equals 100 micrograms of regular LSD, so I took two 150 micrograms tablets, but I swear that is much more than 100 micrograms of LSD-25. The visuals were just crazy. The condition was too strong for me to communicate. I just closed myself in my room and looked at the visuals for several hours: I watched the continuous alternation of patterns that arose, grew, changed colors and turned into other patterns. The traces they left were also mind-blowing. All I felt was the orgasmic state that was inside and around me. I just gave myself to him and felt as if my soul had been taken somewhere. At times it seemed to me that I was not in the body, but at the same time I was fully aware of what was happening. The trip lasted about 13 hours, after which I took Xanax to sleep, but even after that the visuals remained, although not as strong.”
